The greenhouse of Silver Sage Farm is located in Port Wing in northern Wisconsin specializing in northern-hardy vegetable, herb, and flower plants, both annual and perennial. Offered are a nice variety of heirloom, as well as standard vegetable, herb and flower plants, flowering baskets, combination planters, cactus gardens, and water plants. Edible flowers and flowers to attract butterflies increase garden and table interest.
The greenhouse opens May 1, each year, and our extensive gardens provide color for all of the growing season and an opportunity to view the many available plants in a natural setting. In addition we maintain two outdoor ponds and a greenhouse water feature for an ever growing variety of water plants.
Our greenhouse staff has many years of combined experience in the challenging environment of northern Wisconsin and is always available to help our customers to select and grow the bedding plants best suited to their needs and conditions.
